Happy St Patrick's day to all my yogi's!

carolyn: Wilmington, NC, United States; My name is Carolyn. I've been practicing yoga since 2006 thanks to the urging of my college room mate and the the convenience of a pay-what-you-can yoga class. Since then, I've become a stronger, more flexible, and calmer person. Nowadays, I practice yoga daily even though my room mate has moved and my first yoga class is no longer offered. If you havn't experienced yoga, I suggest you give it a try. The health benefits are limitless, for both body and mind. I received my RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher Certification) in April of 2012. I enjoy the feeling I get through doing yoga and would love to be able to share that with others. The strength, the flexibility, the calmness. "Smile. Breathe.
